PARTS
Program for Alleviating and Reducing Trauma and Stress
Supporting mental health with Internal Family Systems
Following the promising results of the PARTS study, we're proud to introduce PARTS, an Internal Family Systems (IFS) program offering a non-pathologizing, empowering approach to managing stress and addressing traumatic experiences and related symptoms. PARTS provides a safe, compassionate environment to learn how to view thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as “parts” of oneself with open curiosity. PARTS offers opportunities to:
Gain a non-pathologizing, empowering perspective on cognition and emotions
Achieve remarkable results in trauma treatment
Cultivate trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationships
Elevate well-being and maintain an open-hearted practice
Honor individual pace and goals with a patient-centered approach
