Maïté Paillet is an Internationally Certified Meditation Teacher, Professional Level through IMTA. She is a TMF Graduate from UCLA MARC, The Mindful Awareness Research Center, Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, where she has been a mentor and teacher-assistant ever since. She is a Mindfulness Based-Stress Reduction Teacher trained at UMass Medical School. She is currently on the teacher-training path to facilitate Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. In addition, she is a 500-Hour Certified Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, as well as a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Master Teacher through NPCP, National Pilates Certification Program. She also holds a Professional Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Intervention that she took at BU with Professor Beck. Maïté enjoys guiding people from all walks of life. She has developed and taught her own mindfulness curricula and courses for grad and undergraduate students at several universities, led mindfulness seminars in the workplace, and facilitated silent retreats incorporating mindfulness practices into immersive and interactive experiences.
