 Jody Daniels, MBA - Jody is a certified instructor in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the former Workplace Mindfulness Project Manager at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion at Cambridge Health Alliance. She provides mindfulness workshops and training programs for businesses and community organizations. She has also been an adjunct professor in the graduate healthcare management program at the University of Mass., Lowell, teaching Leadership in Healthcare, Organizational Development, and Healthcare Management for seven years. Formerly a senior V.P. with over 20 years’ experience in human resources with a mid-size healthcare organization, Jody also has over eight years’ clinical experience as a psychiatric social worker at various academic medical centers. She earned her MBA at Boston University, has trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at UMass Medical School, the Mindfulness Center, Brown University School of Public Health, and has been a mindfulness instructor for the past nine years.
