Javier Barria is a Data Research Coordinator for the Center for Mindfulness & Compassion at CHA. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Javier started at Brigham & Women's Hospital as a research coordinator for the All of Us research program, specifically working at the Brookside and Southern Jamaica Plain health centers. For a brief time from July to December 2020, Javier was part of the vaccine trial team at BWH for the Moderna/Janssen vaccine, as a research coordinator. Javier is also pursuing his MPH from Boston University, with a focus on Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Javier is very excited to work with the team and getting more experience with research data and mindfulness. In his free time, Javier enjoys listening to music, podcasts, and reading.
