Teresa Yeh, LICSW is a psychotherapist and certified mindfulness instructor for MBCT & MTPC/MTLW. Teresa finds profound value in contemplative practice and is drawn to healing modalities that honor the connection between mind, body, spirit, and planet. Growing up in multiple countries, she also recognizes the immense influence larger social and environmental contexts have on individual wellbeing.
After completing the two-year Advanced Social Work Fellowship at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School, Teresa continues to teach MBCT & MTLW groups at CMC and is on the clinical team for the MINDFUL-OBOT study. Teresa also maintains a private practice where she offers individual, couple, and family-dyad psychotherapy as well as a “Mindfulness for Eco-Distress” mutual support & skills-based group.
In her free time, Teresa enjoys spending time in nature, dancing, biking, climbing, yoga, going for long walks, and connecting with friends & family.
