Peter Cunningham joined CMC as a Research Fellow at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion in January 2025. Outside of CMC, Peter works at One Acre Fund, a social enterprise that serves smallholder farmers across Sub-Saharan Africa, equipping them with asset-based financing and agriculture training services to reduce poverty and hunger. He is a certified mindfulness teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) and holds a BA in Intl. Affairs with a concentration in social enterprise from Northeastern University. Outside of work, you'll find him running, meditating, and dabbling in the tenor sax & DJ decks.
