Mind-Body Awareness Training and Research Study for Patients with Depressive Symptoms
The goal of this new study is to see if a mind-body awareness training program can help to alleviate symptoms of depression. Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to either participate in an online intensive body-awareness training or be placed on a waitlist for a free online mindfulness group.

What to Expect
You may complete an intensive 5-week mind-body awareness training program via Zoom.
Groups will be run by experienced group leaders on Zoom for weekend retreats and 4 weekly sessions on Wednesday nights from 6:30-9:00pm.
This study will include 2 visits to the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Charlestown where we will conduct safe and noninvasive measures of your brain and heart.
We will also ask you to complete several questionnaires.
You will be reimbursed for your time by receiving up to $200 in the form of online gift cards.
