Jen Anderson, MBA, C-IAYT is an instructor in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Her experience includes over 15 years in the mindfulness space. Certified as an IAYT Yoga Therapist, 500 RYT/CYT with Yoga Alliance, Certified Ananda Meditation Teacher, Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, Ayurveda Health Counselor, Reiki Master and Energy Healing Practitioner of various modalities. She has an MBA from Emory University and over 10 years of work experience in strategy and change management consulting with IBM Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers working with various clients all over the world. Jen is also continuing studies in mental health counseling and working to integrate various healing arts and mental health solutions.
Jen is very passionate and loves teaching and continuously learning about mindfulness. She loves mindfulness for the balance that it brings in her life and enjoys helping others explore and find their balance through movement and stillness. For Jen, being aware and feeling present helps her in creating an openness to possibilities that she hopes to share and help others learn, heal and grow together.
