Internal Family Systems® Workshop: Shame & Guilt
Join us for a special Internal Family Systems (IFS) workshop which will cover the differences between shame and guilt, how each affects relationships between subpersonalities internally and people externally, and how therapists can apply this knowledge to help clients with a wide range of problems.
