Program Details

Level 1 IFS® Training Online (1280): Eastern Time Zone

Training Weekends (8:45am-4:15pm ET): September 20-22, October 18-20, November 15-17, January 17-19

*Evening Practice Groups (6:00pm-8:00pm ET): October 8 or 9, November 6 or 7, December 11 or 12, January 8 or 9

Attendance Requirements

In order to be approved by IFS Institute (IFSI) for Level 1 completion, a participant must complete 75 of the 90 program hours offered. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they attend enough training hours to earn the Certificate of Completion if that is their aim. 

In order to receive Continuing Education (CE) or Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit for this training, some disciplines may require 100% training attendance. Participants are responsible for verifying specific attendance requirements within their credentialing body.

CE Information

Psychologists

Cambridge Health Alliance, Division of Continuing Education in Psychiatry is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Cambridge Health Alliance, Division of Continuing Education in Psychiatry maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This program offers 90 continuing education credits.

Counselors

Cambridge Health Alliance, Division of Continuing Education in Psychiatry has been approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 5444. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Cambridge Health Alliance, Division of Continuing Education in Psychiatry is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. This program offers 90 continuing education credits and is also applicable for Commonwealth of Massachusetts Counseling/Allied Mental Health accreditation for 90 credits.

Marriage/Family Therapists

This activity has been certified by New England Association for Family and Systemic Therapy on behalf of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions, for LMFT professional continuing education, Certification #PC- 042452, for 90 contact hours. The States of CT and RI accept NBCC and NASW approval for marriage and family therapy.

Social Workers

This program has been approved for 90 Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure, in accordance with 258 CMR. NASW-MA Chapter CE Approving Program, Authorization #D 91659. NY Social Workers: Cambridge Health Alliance, Division of Continuing Education in Psychiatry is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an Approved Provider #0038 of continuing education for licensed social workers. This program offers 90 contact hours.
