Danielle Giachos is a Clinical Research Coordinator working in support of the Migraine / Mindful-RAVANS and Mindful-PC projects for CHA at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. She has a dual Bachelor's degree in both Biology and Psychology from Florida State University where she deepened her involvement in both clinical and cognitive neuroscience research, gained experience providing ABA services to adolescents with behavioral and intellectual disabilities, and uncovered her passion for mindfulness practices, such as yoga and meditation. She is passionate about expanding her understanding of the mind-brain-body connection and its implications in improving mental health and overall well-being. In the future, she plans on pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology to perform research on the neurological underpinnings of mindfulness practices and apply this modality of healing in a therapeutic setting.

She is excited to be working at CMC to synergize these interests into one.
