Caitlyn Wilson is a Research Assistant at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion (CMC) and Program Manager at the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy (IMP). At CMC she supports the Mindful-OBOT study, which investigates the effect of mindfulness training on opioid use & anxiety during primary care treatment and the MINDFUL-PC study. At IMP, Caitlyn helps run the 9-month Certificate Program in meditation and psychotherapy and assists with IMP administration broadly. 

Caitlyn received her B.S. in Psychology at UMass Amherst and will continue her studies at the University of Colorado Denver’s Clinical Health Psychology PhD in Fall 2021. She plans to continue exploring topics of well-being, mindfulness, and health in her future research.
