Barbara Ogur, MD, has been a primary care physician at the Cambridge Health Alliance for 33 years. Over the past few years, she has become increasingly interested in how mindfulness training can be a tool for patients to gain more balance in their lives and more ability to choose healthy behaviors. Barbara has trained in the facilitation of MTLW and MBCT groups and has co-led a number of groups. She has found mindfulness practice to be very important personally and in her work with others and loves working with mindfulness groups.
